Align.ly Contact Role

Implementation Steps

  • 1. Installing the Salesforce Package

Select "Install for All Users" then select "Install".

  • 2. Accessing the App inside of Salesforce

In Salesforce, click the "App Launcher", search "Align.ly", and then select "Align.ly Contact Role" under "Apps".

  • 3. Configuring Page Layouts

  • 4. Running Align.ly Contact Role from the App

In the "Align.ly Contact Role" app, select the "Manage Align.ly Contact Role" tab and then the "Run" sub tab.

Clicking "Run Align.ly Contact Role" will cause your Contact Role Association Rules to execute.

  • 5. Scheduling Align.ly Contact Role

In the "Align.ly Contact Role" app, select the "Manage Align.ly Contact Role" tab and then the "Schedule" sub tab.

Click "Add Scheduled Job" and select a time. Align.ly Contact Role will execute the Contact Role Association Rules at this time every day going forward.

You can add multiple scheduled jobs so that Align.ly Contact Role runs several times throughout the day.

  • 6. Adding Contact Role Association Rules

In the "Align.ly Contact Role" app, select the "Contact Role Association Rules" tab.

Click "New" to add a Contact Role Association Rule.
